2nd grade spelling
Second graders complete a weekly spelling contract. To receive a grade of 100%, the student needs to complete 50 points worth of activities for the week (40 points earns an 85%, 30 points earns a 70%). Science Fair
Participation in the school science fair is usually required for students in the Third Grade. Participation by students in other grades is optional, but encouraged. For the parents and children who may not be familiar with science fairs and similar large projects, the PTO has compiled these links of references on science fair projects. 1.
